Ajay brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to the tech industry, drawing from over 27 years of operational experience in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and transformations. Currently serving as a partner in the EY Parthenon Strategy & Transaction practice in San Francisco, Ajay specializes in guiding organizations through “Transaction to Transformation” initiatives, with a particular focus on the operational aspects of M&A and divestitures, including technology integration and separation management.

Before his tenure at EY Parthenon, Ajay was a partner at PwC Advisory and held senior roles at Deloitte, KPMG, Arthur Andersen, and Oracle. He has led key transformations and mergers in industrial manufacturing, TMT (Technology, Media, Telecommunications), and life sciences. Specializing in merger integration, performance improvement, and technology transformation, Ajay excels at driving tech-driven business changes, helping clients leverage digital or AI solutions to boost efficiency and innovation. His focus on streamlining finance and operational processes, like supply chain management, enhances effectiveness and aligns technology strategies with business goals for sustainable growth.

Ajay holds an MBA from Ashland University and a Master of Science (MS) in Management Information Systems from Eastern Michigan University. He has also completed the Executive Education program at Harvard Business School, further enriching his leadership and strategic capabilities.
