Kirk Misaka is a dynamic leader with over forty years of diverse business experience covering a broad range of industries.

During the first half of his career, he was a highly respected partner at a Big Four global accounting firm, serving many of their flagship clients, including several Fortune 500 companies. Kirk developed extensive M&A experience, advising these companies with their multi-billion-dollar acquisitions and leading multifunctional teams to maximize transaction value.

During the second half of his career, he used his extensive business experience to transform two startup technology companies into successful global businesses. At one of these companies, Kirk successfully led the acquisition of twelve companies from due diligence through integration, creating synergies that significantly enhanced customer and shareholder value. Throughout his entire business career, he has been based in the San Francisco Bay Area, where he has also cultivated important relationships with Silicon Valley venture capitalists, private equity investors, and technology entrepreneurs.

Kirk holds a B.S. and Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Utah, as well as a Master’s degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University. He also held a CPA license in California during his years in public accounting.
